Fairytale coffee house! Or in other news: almost too good to be real! Thanks to the tip of a seminar participant, i had the pleasure to discover this place right in the heart of Brussels! Finding a café abroad who can handle lactose-free milk feels for me similar to a lottery jackpot (both incredible seldom). The fresh-made cappuccino on self-service basis contains little acid and remains mainly in the middle part of the tongue. Little flavors of nuts and chocolate, overall a light taste, no after-taste, medium dwell time in the mouth. The milk foam was beautiful, creamy, fine-pored, perfect size. They offer bagels, croissants, fresh baked cake (banana bread!) & other sweet delights! Enjoy free wifi (not during lunch break though) and take a seat: whether outside in the garden backyard, inside in cosy chairs, or at the wooden tables. Enjoy newspapers & magazines or just being and relaxing.
